The hotel features an excellent breakfast spread with fresh pastries and hot dishes. The staff was helpful and provided great local dining recommendations.

Some rooms suffer from low water pressure and inadequate heating making the daily comfort tricky.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast.

Very well situated right next to the gunpowder tower. Ten minutes walk from the direct bus to the airport which leaves right in front of the train station and 10 minutes from the old square and main tourist spots on foot. Around the corner there is a large shopping centre where you can buy everything . The hotel is nice, spacious, well decorated and very clean. Comfortable beds and correct quality of sheets and towels. The room was not big but sufficient and with everything necessary including tea-coffee service and kettle. Ours was overlooking a small courtyard but it was quiet. We did not have breakfast. Free sauna and fitness room facilities but we didn't try them. They have a computer in the hall available to customers and a nice garden courtyard. The lady who was at the counter on the day of arrival spoke Spanish and was very friendly. Efficient check in and check out. They kept our bags the day of departure free of charge. Our stay was very pleasant and I would certainly repeat.

The bathtub was a bit high and for us it was no problem but an older person would have difficulty accessing it. We were two people and we were only left with a small bottle of each product (gel, shampoo, moisturizing milk, a soap and "nothing else"). A magnifying mirror is missing.

My room had a lovely view while the shower hose was annoyingly stiff.

we had a very good stay that met expectation, would definitely book here again. the breakfast was perfect, the food was outstanding, fresh bread and cereal available. the personnel was helpful and exceptionally attentive, and the hotel had a quiet feeling. the location was excellent and amazing, close to house of the black madonna. the venue was a brilliant base for enjoying a very nice area.

Nice large room with all amenities you would expect in a four star hotel. Nice Nouveau Art design. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. They also permitted a late check out without additional payment.

The bathroom was a bit cramped. An additional 1 to 2 sq. metres would have lent it a sense of space. We had twin beds and they kept moving when we shifted our position (guess this can be fixed quite easily).

The central is a beautiful hotel with a great location, just a short walk from the main train station. I loved the free minibar and how quiet my garden view room was. The breakfast had wonderful varieties.

Continental breakfast was perfect at 9.35. The room was brand-new, air-conditioned and the decor there was delightful. The location was perfect and magnificent, just 5 min walk from a medieval timepiece. Moreover, it was not far from rail network, train station and the popular tourist area.

The location was just perfect, I loved that I could easily walk to the Jewish Museum in under 15 minutes and also make my way to the iconic Charles Bridge without the hassle of long commutes.

Beautiful interiors, professional english-speaking staff, convenient location, amazing breakfast buffet (including many vegetarian options).

Room cleaning could be improved. Our room had two twin beds side-by-side - we would've loved a single double bed
